When Octavio discovers the malice with which Lucia, his sister-in-law, treats Maricruz, he gets really angry and decides to marry Maricruz in order to teach his brother and Lucia a lesson. Immediately, he is trapped by her sympathy and beauty. Regardless of her humble origins, he defends her as a gentleman. Octavio meets Maricruz while he is traveling around the lands and catches his foreman mistreating her. He doesn´t imagine that soon he will forget this purpose and will discover that the earth, the sowing and sharing with the workmen become a source of passion for him. Octavio is a pilot and arrives in the ranch in need of money since he has lost his job and wants the lands to be sold. Miguel and Octavio are siblings and they both own the Narvaez´s ranch, which is mortgaged because of the bad administration Miguel, the older brother, has made. She lives in a shack located in the middle of nature, near the Narvaez´s ranch property line. The second series of Kingdom, which centres on affable country solicitor Peter Kingdom, pulled in an average of six million viewers. "The show is entering a new phase in its history and there are plenty more stories to be told about life at Leopard’s Den. Charlie Pattinson, executive producer for Wild at Heart, said: "We're absolutely delighted Wild At Heart will be coming back for a fourth series. More than eight million viewers tuned into the third series of Wild at Heart, which climaxed with the death of Amanda's character, Sarah. Wild at Heart, starring Stephen Tompkinson and Amanda Holden, follows the fortunes of vet Danny and wife Sarah as they run their game reserve, Leopard's Den, in South Africa. Kingdom, starring Stephen Fry, will also return for a third series later in the year. Family drama Wild at Heart has been recommissioned for a fourth series, ITV has announced.
